Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Lost Packages

Maker's Leather Supply Return and Exchange Policies

Thanks for shopping at MLS. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

For returns, You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

Items that are NOT eligible for returns are: Paper Patterns and any leather that is on sale or discounted, or any item that started in the description that is not eligible for returning.

Any of our Maker's Tools such as the pricking irons, buck stitch chisels, and diamond chisels are all warrantied and can be exchanged/refunded on a case-by-case basis.

When bought, all Cobra Machinery come with a lifetime warranty.

If your acrylic template arrives broken, please send an email with a photo of the broken template as well as your order number to ordermls@hotmail.com

For refunds, Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item via email. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. For shipping and lost packages, Regarding shipping you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

For lost packaging, Once you receive a tracking number and your order has left the facility, the postal service of your choosing is responsible for your package. If a package is lost, not delivered, or damaged, we ask that you please file a claim with the shipping service. We will assist you in any way necessary, just give us a call to help.
