Shipping Times

Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods (like product launches or sales), processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving fast.
Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, your delivery time will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout and your location:
  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
Note: These are estimated timelines provided by the carriers and may vary due to delays outside our control.

Returns & Shipping Costs

If you need to return an item, please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
To start a return, just reach out to us — we’ll walk you through the steps.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has left our facility and you’ve received a tracking number, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If your package is:
  • Lost
  • Marked delivered but not received
  • Arrives damaged
…we ask that you file a claim with the carrier directly.
