Aaron on Tour: The Overnight Bag Workshop

For the first time ever, Aaron is taking his leatherworking classes on the road to all Maker's locations.

Join us for a two-day, hands-on workshop where you’ll build the overnight bag alongside Aaron in a small-group setting designed for real learning.

Each class is limited to just 12 students, ensuring plenty of personal instruction, questions, and guidance throughout the build.

Over the course of the weekend, you’ll work with premium materials including American Bison leather, and learn the techniques behind constructing a durable, heirloom-quality travel bag.

By the end of the class, you’ll leave with:

• Your own completed Overnight Bag

• A printed pattern for future builds

• Lifetime access to Aaron’s full Learn with Illume course ($97 value)

• The confidence to tackle larger leather projects

What to Bring

We’ll provide the leather kit, hardware, patterns, and instruction—you just need to bring a few of your favorite shop tools.

Please bring the following:

• Large ruler (quilt square recommended)

• Scissors

• Cutting knife
  

• #9 rivet setter and a maul or mallet

• Small edge beveler (edger)

• Pen and note-taking materials
