Shipping & Lost Packages
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
Once a tracking number has been issued and your order has left our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier(USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, we ask that you file a claim directly with the carrier.
