Terms & Conditions Policy

1. Orders & Payment 

We accept most major credit cards and secure third-party payment services. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars. 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory errors, or pricing mistakes. If an order is canceled after payment is received, you will be refunded in full. 

2. Product Descriptions & Pricing 

We do our best to describe and photograph all products accurately, but slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur — especially with natural materials like leather. 

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. If there is a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel or adjust orders as necessary. We’ll always do our best to notify you and make it right. 

3. Shipping 

We aim to ship all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way. 

Once a package leaves our facility, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier. If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please file a claim with the carrier — but don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you need help. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified. For full details, see our Return & Exchange Policy.

4. Returns & Refunds 

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. Some items — including paper patterns, discounted leather, and custom orders — are not eligible for return. Please review our full Return & Exchange Policy for details. 

5. Intellectual Property 

All content on this site — including logos, images, templates, videos, product descriptions, and instructional material — is the property of Maker’s Leather Supply or its content creators. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or republish any content without written permission. 

We love when people share what they’ve made using our products — tag us, mention us, and spread the word! But please don’t repackage or sell our original patterns or videos as your own. 

6. Limitation of Liability 

Leathercraft can involve sharp tools, powerful machines, and plenty of ways to get banged up. Maker’s Leather Supply is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use (or misuse) of any product sold through this site. 

By using our site and purchasing our products, you accept full responsibility for your own safety, projects, and results. 

7. Community Standards 

We built Maker’s with the belief that leathercraft should be approachable, inclusive, and enjoyable for everyone. We reserve the right to block or ban users who engage in harassment, abuse, or fraudulent behavior, on our site or on our social platforms. 

8. Governing Law 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith communication first — and if needed, through the appropriate state or federal courts of McLennan County, Texas.
